With more than 18 years' experience, Rissa possesses an all-roundability, covering not only design, but also design and project management, contract administration,  and design documentation.

Having worked on prestigious projects under award-winning international firms, she works to International Standards as well as to the required local regulations. With more than 12 years’ experience in the Middle East, Rissa enjoys working in a dynamic setting, and is highly adaptable in a multi-cultural environment and a team player.

Able to work from design concept to design documentation, to design coordination during construction phase, Rissa’s core strengths lies in her adaptability, commitment, enthusiasm and drive to get a job done as demonstrated in her wide-ranging work experiences, which over the years, gave her the opportunity to grow professionally, placing a high value on work ethics. Her versatility as a designer is reflected in her works ranging from architecture and interior design to product design. She has been involved in a number of sustainability projects in the Middle East and is a Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) and LEED GA.
