ARCHITECTURE

Brojan Mausoleum

Paramount to the family’s belief of the Feng Shui principle, the actual tomb chamber location, as established by the Feng Shui expert, became the starting point in developing the shell and core design of the mausoleum.  After the shell and core design progressed, it was then that the exterior detailing was developed.  With the client’s penchant for modern architecture and clean lines, Japanese influenced elements were incorporated into the structure, as seen in the horizontal slated stone, elevation lines, Zen garden  and concealed lighting - all adding the overall feel of lightness, airiness and serenity.
