Falcon House

The 3 projects presented are heritage projects, with the common goal of promoting the heritage and  culture of the Emiratis.  All three examples being government–funded projects, it is mandatory that they meet  the Pearl Rating requirement of sustainability,  as detailed in the UPC Estidama document.  No submission can be done to the ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) until the project has been approved by the Urban Planning Council(UPC).  The overall designs were taken into consideration to meet  such requirements, such as materials, shading, parking, safety and security, environmental assessment, water and energy usage, and showcasing regional/cultural practices,  among many other others.
